This website provides canteen information and links to our ordering app. The app processes the items ordered, amount, payment reference, order status and any contact information you provide to fulfil orders and resolve issues. Guest ordering is available. Optional sign-in is provided by Firebase Authentication. Razorpay processes online payments; our app does not store payment card numbers, bank passwords, UPI PINs or OTPs.
When you contact us
If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and enquiry or order reference. We use it to respond, resolve a problem or provide the help you requested.
Technical information
The website hosting provider may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, request time and requested page to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to this website.
Service providers
We use hosting and email providers to operate the website and support mailbox, Render for the ordering app and its database, Firebase Authentication for sign-in, and Razorpay for online payments and refunds. These providers process the information needed to perform their services. We do not sell customer enquiries or contact information.
Retention and requests
Customer contact details in the ordering app are normally removed after 90 days under its current retention settings. Order and payment records may be retained for accounting, reconciliation and resolving disputes. We retain enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the matter or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information, subject to any required record retention.

Storage on your device
The ordering app uses browser storage for features such as your cart, language preference, order history and sign-in session. You can clear this storage in your browser settings. If you choose to enable supported browser notifications, the app stores a notification subscription so it can send order updates; you can revoke permission in your browser.
